Choice, choice, choice!!
At the Hazell Bros Glenorchy Fun Run, you have the choice of three different distances. There is one for every member of the family! Please choose an event that is suitable to your ability and your current fitness level.
10km
The Pace Financial Secvices 10km is our event for runners only. Due to the time is can take to finish this distance, for the safety of our participant and our volunteers we ask that you only enter this event if you are planning on running it. We recommend that the minimum age for this event is 12 years old.
2km
The shortest of our three events, the Steeline Tasmania 2km is over and done with quickly! Whilst anyone can enter and participate in the 2km event, only Primary School students will have access to placegetter and age group medallions and prizes. We ask that parents and guardians who may accompany their children also enter the event for insurance purposes.
5km
The Running Edge 5km is an event for everyone, runners and walkers alike! We do ask that if you are walking the 5km that you ensure that you do not walk in a group, that you remain on the right hand side of the course and that you walk in single file in any narrow sections to allow the runners in the longer race to easily get around you. We recommend the minimum age for this event is 10 years old.
